Shipping & Returns

Flat 2 JOD delivery to all cities and governorates in Jordan. Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days after phone confirmation.

For deliveries outside Jordan, message us on WhatsApp for shipping options and cost.

Size or color exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, clean, and in original packaging with all tags/labels still attached — items that are worn, dirty, or have labels removed cannot be exchanged.

The customer is responsible for the 2 JOD delivery fee on any exchange.

Defective or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement (delivery fee waived in this case only).

No refunds on Cash on Delivery orders — exchanges provided instead. For CliQ payments, refunds for defective/incorrect items are processed to the original CliQ account within 5 business days of approval.

We offer EU sizes 39 to 48, full sizes only. Our shoes fit true to size — if you normally wear EU 42, order 42.
