- How long does delivery take?
- Orders inside Jordan are usually delivered within 1–3 business days after we confirm your order by phone.
- Do you deliver outside Jordan?
- Yes, we also deliver outside Jordan — message us on WhatsApp for shipping details and cost.
- How much is delivery?
- A flat 2 JOD to all cities in Jordan.
- How can I pay?
- Cash on Delivery, or CliQ transfer. For CliQ we send you our CliQ ID on WhatsApp and you send back the payment receipt.
- Can I exchange an item?
- Yes — size or color exchanges within 7 days of delivery, on unused items in original packaging with tags attached. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.
